Get outdoors and don’t forget your 50 things!
12th March 2014
The property has created 3 dedicated trails to help families in their quest, including a Wonderful Wildlife trail. The property are also hoping that visitors will use the trail to get help them get all the wildlife spotted during their visit to Dudmaston onto the National Trust’s Midlands Wildlife Map.
Visitor Experience Officer, Ruth Watson said “when we open in March we are aware that with the galleries currently only being open in the Hall families may prefer to keep their initial visit to us this season restricted to the outdoors. We are keen to ensure that everyone has as good an opportunity as possible to complete their ’50 things’ list and this seems like the perfect way to not only give everyone a boost but to create some wonderful fun for everyone. Our paths through the Dingle have recently been enhanced by our Ranger team, and we are looking forward to hearing just what wildlife our families have discovered whilst exploring the new paths.”
All the trails can either be directly downloaded from the property’s own website www.nationaltrust.org.uk/dudmaston or by collecting them from staff at Visitor Reception when they visit.
