If you are looking to improve the flavours in your cooking and looking for inspiration to spice things up, then this is the perfect course for you on Saturday 3rd June 10am-2pm! Aimed at all levels, Sabrina Zeif makes the courses fun for everyone, providing you with lots of skills to take away and try at home.

Sabrina Zeif, The Flavour Queen, Simply Good Food TV Chef & founder of Kitchen Thyme UK, will take the class on a culinary tour into the world of Herbs and Spices.

Sabrina will be teaching fresh and flavourful dishes that incorporate herbs and spices from around the world whilst drawing from her own native Caribbean roots, where using herbs and spices in cooking is second-nature.

Entry to the Discovery Centre and Onny Meadows is free but there is a charge for visitors to enjoy our Secret Hills exhibition and visit our mammoth.
