Broseley Pipeworks joins the Totally Locally initiative

Broseley Pipeworks joins the Totally Locally initiative
Broseley Pipeworks, one of the 10 Ironbridge Gorge Museums, is joining other local businesses in the Totally Locally initiative on Saturday, 28th June 2014.

On this special day residents of Broseley will be able to visit Broseley Pipeworks for just £5 per family (two adults and up to three children). To qualify for this special Totally Locally discount residents should show proof of their Broseley address.

Broseley Pipeworks is housed in an old factory, which was once home to one of the most prolific clay tobacco pipe makers in Britain, exporting all over the world. Visitors can explore this wonderfully preserved time capsule which has changed little since the workers left in the 1950s.

Totally locally is a national initiative to encourage people to spend money in the shops and businesses in their towns. More than 50 towns across the UK are involved in the scheme and in Broseley more than 50 traders are taking part with different offers and discounts.

For more information about Broseley Pipeworks and the other Ironbridge Gorge Museums visit or contact the Ironbridge Visitor Information Centre on 01952 433424.
