Dornier Do 17 arrives at RAF Museum Cosford

The Royal Air Force Museum Cosford took delivery of the world’s last surviving Dornier Do 17 on Saturday 15th June, recently salvaged from the bottom of the English Channel. The fuselage and wings were escorted from Ramsgate, Kent, to the Museum by two low loader lorries.

The open air museum is running a fun, literary themed event with actors recreating scenes from the popular maritime book of mutiny and buried treasure.
