Description

Our tranquil tea room is located within the walled gardens of the Arboretum and is a great place to relax before or after an enjoyable tour of our gardens. Here you will find a great selection of freshly prepared hot and cold food. If you fancy something a little sweeter you can choose from an array of cakes and freshly baked scones.

You can now enjoy a glass of wine or prosecco in our newly refurbished tea room… or even a nice cold beer in the tea room garden. Now available - Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, White Zinfandel, Merlot, Peroni and Bathams Bitter. It is also possible to order alcohol in conjunction with our parties, contact us for more information.

We are available for private hire including days and evenings for seminars and private parties on days when the tea rooms are not open to the general public.

We can provide catering for small groups wishing to visit outside of opening hours, and can also provide a guided tour of the Arboretum!

Opening Times

The Garden Tearoom is open five days a week from Wednesday to Sunday and welcomes all visitors between the hours of 11am to 4:30pm.

Entry to the tearoom is free for all visitors... If you wish to continue into the Arboretum and Gardens after the tearoom, you will be asked to pay admission.
